It is with the highest of joy that I welcome you to both Bethlehem Baptist Church (BBC) and our Web-site. Here at BBC our highest aim is to glorify God through our worship and service. As we strive to worship God in the spirit of excellence, and serve the Body of Christ and the surrounding community our goal is to usher ndividuals into the presence of God for the purpose of salvation and transformation. Hence, our perpetual theme is MORE OF HIM: less of us. (John 3:30) For we believe here at Bethlehem that if we get out of the way and let the LORD have His way, the church will be on its way.
I assumed the pastorate of Bethlehem February, 2009. Since the merger of church and pastor, great has been our increase on every-side, yet we are careful to give God all the glory. While God is the source of our blessing. The method is obedience and the preaching of the Gospel and teaching sound doctrine. Jesus said in Matt 16:18 on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. Hence, we believe Jesus is the architect of Bethlehem Baptist Church which He founded on the premise of His Deity (the Son of God). In addition, it is upon that same premise that BBC has been building over a century and will continue to build until the return of the Church’s Architect and sole proprietor, Jesus the Christ. I personally invite you first to Jesus Christ, by accepting Him as your Lord and Savior, then to be a part of BBC’s family as we prayerfully and carefully work the works of Christ. Come and experience His grace at our place.
